Alternative Christmas Giving Card Request

One gift card acknowledging your gift and providing details of the ministry will be sent for each contribution of at least $25. Cards to multiple recipients will gladly be sent for larger contributions. Please submit a form for each recipient. Acknowledgment of gifts received after the 2nd Monday in December cannot be guaranteed.
